🤍 From inspiration… to her very own bridal bouquet. 🤍

Earlier today we shared one of our lovely last-minute brides, but this one is a little different…

This bride only needed one thing from us — her bridal bouquet 💐 but she had a really clear vision of exactly what she wanted.

She showed us the style she loved, the colours, textures and particular flowers she wanted included — so this was definitely one we were very grateful to have ordered in advance. 🤎

It gave us time to source those more specific stems and make sure we could create the overall look and feel she had fallen in love with.

And this was the result… 😍

Soft little daisies, warm burnt-orange tones, delicate wax flower and all those gorgeous natural textures. A little bit wild, a little bit rustic and completely different. 🍂🤍

So whether you need a whole wedding package or simply one very special bouquet, we’re more than happy to help.

🤍🌸 HOW CUTE IS THIS BRIDE?! 🌸🤍

This lovely lady popped into Petal Bloom needing flowers for her wedding… that very same day! 💍

She chose the flowers she loved, the colours she wanted and the size of bouquet she had in mind — and left the rest to us. ✨

So we got to work and created her pretty hand-tied bridal bouquet in soft peach and white… and just look at that smile! 🥹🤍

She was absolutely over the moon with them — and moments like this are exactly why we love what we do.

Wedding flowers don’t always have to mean months of planning, huge consultations or enormous budgets. Sometimes it really can be as simple as popping in, choosing what you love and letting us work our flower magic. 🌸

And yes… she definitely said YES to the wedding flowers! 💍😂

Well… today feels like a bit of a milestone 💛🏃🏼‍♀️

On the 17th March I had surgery on my ankle, and today — just over six months later — I’ve finally managed my first 4K run! 🙌🏼

And I can’t tell you how good it felt.

I can definitely feel it in the ankle 😂 but after months of recovery, taking things slowly and wondering when I’d finally be able to run again, getting out there today in the sunshine felt AMAZING. ☀️

A little reminder to myself that sometimes progress takes longer than you’d like… but you keep going. 💪🏼

Now it’s back to Petal Bloom and back to the flowers! 🌸

We’re usually closed on Mondays, but we’re in today making funeral flowers and working away behind the scenes. So while we’re here, the door is open for walk-in flowers too — if you need a bouquet, just pop in and see us. 💐

☀️ Sunday sunshine at Petal Bloom 🌸

The sun is shining through this morning and we’re open until 4pm today! 🤍

We’re still in the middle of the BIG clear-out we started the other day… making space behind the scenes because winter production is about to be in full swing! 🕯️🍂

Think cosy winter-scented candles, wax melts and home fragrance… the workshop is going to be smelling VERY good over the next few weeks. 😂

In the meantime, the shop is full of beautiful fresh flowers, bouquets ready to go, and of course there’s always tea and cake waiting. ☕️🍰🌸

So if you’re out and about enjoying the sunshine, pop in and see us — grab some flowers, have a little browse and say hello.
