Tonight’s event 🐩🐈‍⬛💫

🎉🐾 TONIGHT’S OUR BIG 25TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION! 🐾🎉

Sadly, some of our four-legged friends can’t make the party tonight. Apparently they have other plans. 😂🐶🐱

But we hear some of their servants will be there representing them! 👑🐾

If you’re joining us, a quick reminder to BRING SOME CASH! 💷

You’ll need cash for:
🎟️ Our raffle
🎁 Tombola
🐶 Dog Name Card
🐾 And a few other bits of fundraising fun!

🍻 The bar takes both cash and card.

Most importantly, tonight is about celebrating 25 incredible years of Pennine Pen Animal Rescue, remembering some of the animals who have passed through our doors and raising money to help those who still need us.

See you tonight! 🥳🐾❤️

Last night’s menu… and every course was made to impress 🤤🍷✨
Party 1 Catering

We started with a silky Courgette Soup, served with a warm, freshly baked Soda Bread Roll — simple, comforting and the perfect way to begin. 🥣

Next came Black Pudding, paired with crispy Smoked Streaky Bacon, creamy Feta and a sweet, tangy Honey & Mustard Dressing. 🥓🍯

Then for the main event… 🤩
Tender Beef Daube, soaked in red w**e for 48 hours, then pan-seared and served with a golden, cheesy Potato Gratin, finished with a rich Tomato & Red W**e Sauce. 🍷🥩

And because one dessert simply wasn’t enough… 😍

🍓 Strawberry & Vanilla Mousse
🤍 Milk & White Chocolate Mousse
🍫 Belgian Chocolate Tart

Then, just when you think you couldn’t manage another bite…

🧀 A beautiful Lancashire Cheese Board
☕ A luxurious Baileys Creamy Coffee
🍫 And a selection of Dessert Chocolates to finish.

Five courses of pure indulgence from start to finish. ❤️

A massive thank you to Acorn and Rose Lodge at Hemsley House for giving us the opportunity to dish up this feast. It was an absolute pleasure putting it all together and serving up something a little extra special. 👨‍🍳❤️🍽️
