⭐️ Most of these are pretty obvious, but there are a few at the end that can easily be missed!
Sending invitations out 3-6 months in advance gives your guests plenty of notice and time to plan around your event ✨
Things to include on your invitations:
📅 Date, ⏰ Time, 📍 Location!
💌 RSVP contact information and a deadline. You may need to confirm numbers with suppliers so it’s a good idea to set a deadline 4-6 weeks before the party date.
🍱 Dietary Requirements / allergies
🎉 Theme - you may want to design the invitations around the theme. If you do, it’s a great idea to send it to your suppliers as it can help with mood boarding and help us to align with your vision! It’s also a great way to involve your child. The theme may be important for your guests to know if there is a dress code / fancy dress theme.
👐🏻Who is invited?
Be very clear about who is invited. If you’re happy for siblings to attend, state this. Generally one adult will attend with a child but not everyone will be aware of party etiquette so for peace of mind, be specific and then you can rest assured knowing you don’t need to prepare for extra, unexpected guests!
⭐️ Most people book with us 3-6 months in advance. Book early to avoid disappointment. It is just £50 to secure a date and that’s all we need until 6 weeks before the party. We also offer payment plans if you would like to spread the cost. I run a small business, I’m a busy mum of two and I am flexible and understanding with my lovely clients 🤗
If you would like to have the whole event planned for you, or alongside you, all suppliers organised and preparation for the event taken off your hands, we offer Event Planning services, too.

Love and hugs and I hope you are all embracing / surviving the Easter holiday juggle!
