And here it is!!!! Today we visited Planet Burrito in Nuneaton Town Centre. Somewhere I’ve wanted to try since it opened, but never really had the chance.
They have a special offer advertised for churros for £4, which I’m going to be honest looked like a complete ripoff.
The shop itself is clean and tidy, with dark decor and enough seating to sit a few people in. They have the option for self service, but I chose to order with the member of staff.
Let’s move on to the food. I ordered a regular classic burrito, complete with beef brisket, lettuce, black beans, cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños and yellow rice. It cost £10.95. For size reference, I’ve took a photo of my hand next to it.
I’ve gotta say, I like a burrito, and this was bang average. There’s nothing that makes it absolutely amazing, and there’s nothing that screams never eat this again! Being picky, I’d have liked more salsa and jalapeños. You didn’t get a taste of every ingredient in each bite, but when you did it was a good flavour combination.
Service, I’ll be honest, is not good. I won’t go into too much about the individual, but he was on his own, it’s a hot day, so we’ll let him off with that. It was just too slow!

Would I go here again? Not sure. It’s too expensive to be honest. It’s not worth the price it is, but others may disagree. Maybe as a one off treat when I’m on my own
