As 2025 draws to a close, I have been doing a lot of reflecting.
From a business perspective, it really has been a year where things have gone from strength to strength. InLoco continues to grow and evolve, and I am truly grateful to every client, partner, supplier and supporter who has been part of that journey. Your trust, loyalty and belief mean more to me than I can ever properly put into words.
Alongside the successes, 2025 has also brought its own challenges, particularly close to home with family. Those moments have a way of putting everything into perspective and reminding you what truly matters, no matter how busy life becomes or how full the diary is.
As I look ahead to 2026, I do so with real gratitude and excitement. I am thankful for the opportunities that lie ahead, both within my business and in my new role with beam. These will be a big driver for me in the year to come, and I am committed to giving my absolute best, leading with integrity, and doing work that genuinely makes a difference.
But just as importantly, I go into 2026 with a renewed sense of balance. Ambition and purpose matter, but family is everything. Moving forward, I want to make sure that family is not something we fit around life, but something that is firmly part of the journey itself.
