The biggest slab of cheesecake I've ever had ! It's tastes as good as it looks too .

Hands down THE best carvery I've ever had. The cauliflower cheese is second to none.

Let's follow this bouquets Freeze-Dried preservation journey .
1) Bouquet arrives. In this case via post and it looks amazing !

2) The bouquet is taken apart and all the good flowers are placed on a tray ready to go into the chest freezer to pre-freeze.

3) In they go! Into the Freeze-Dryer. Flowers are frozen down to -45 then over a 12 day cycle the temperature is slowly raised . The flowers are dried via sublimation . "Subli what?" did I hear you say. Sublimation . The process of removing water from petals in the form of a vapour .
I'll explain it another day .😁

4) The cycle is finished and the flowers are out.

5) Voila!! Your wedding bouquet is now a beautiful keepsake .
