☀️ Last Sunday - Embankment Walk & Ferry Inn Social – Sunshine, Riverside Views & Great Company

Our recent Sunday walk along Nottingham's Embankment was the perfect way to round off the weekend, combining fresh air, beautiful riverside views and plenty of conversation.

We met outside Brewhouse & Kitchen before setting off along the River Trent on a relaxed stroll towards Wilford. The weather was kind to us, making it a wonderful afternoon to be outdoors and enjoy one of Nottingham's most scenic walking routes.

Our destination was The Ferry Inn, where a number of members had lunch while others joined for drinks and conversation. Sitting outisider with a drink in hand and good company around the table was a fantastic way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

A lovely afternoon from start to finish.

🇲🇽 Last week - A Night in Mexico at Gilt Café & Bar – Flavours, Fun & Fantastic Company

Our recent visit to Gilt Café & Bar for A Night in Mexico was a vibrant evening packed with delicious food, expertly crafted cocktails and plenty of great conversation.

The night began with a Mexican-inspired welcome cocktail, setting the tone for what was to come. We then enjoyed an authentic Mexican feast, with a variety of bold flavours and beautifully prepared dishes served throughout the evening.

The combination of fantastic food, great drinks and friendly company made for a memorable evening and another wonderful example of what Affinity is all about.

☀️ Last Saturday - Ibiza Fever – Balearic Beats, Sunshine & Summer Vibes ☀️

Our recent trip to Ibiza Fever at Trent Navigation brought a little taste of the White Isle to Nottingham and delivered exactly what everyone was hoping for. Great music, dancing and an incredible summer atmosphere.

Held in The Big Shed, the venue was transformed into an Ibiza-inspired party space filled with house music lovers enjoying an afternoon and evening of uplifting tunes and feel-good energy.

The DJ line-up was exceptional, with Mark Doyle, creator of Hedkandi, joined by Gary Hypnotic, Pete Daley, John Johnson, Connor Walker and others, providing a soundtrack of house, disco house, funky house and nu-disco throughout the day.

A brilliant event and one we'll definitely be keeping an eye out for in the future.

🍻 Last Weekend - Sneinton Bar Crawl – What a Night! 🍻

From the bustling atmosphere and amazing street food at Bustler, to checking out the newly opened Brew Cavern, enjoying a few drinks at The Bath Inn and finishing the night at Hockley Arts Club, this was a fantastic evening exploring some of Nottingham's best venues.

Great food, great conversations and plenty of laughs along the way. As always, it was the people who made the night special.
