I hope to get back to kitchen this week, so if you have any wishes what to make, what you have been missing, please, let me know.
I suggest this menu for the week.
WEDNESDAY :
- fresh cabbage soup on chicken broth,
- pasta bake with minced beef and cheese,
- pork shank slices with potato and sauerkraut,
- potato pancakes with chicken,
- zeppelins with meat or cottage cheese.
THURSDAY :
- red borscht with pork and sauerkraut,
- cabbage rolls with minced pork and rice,
- goat curry with rice,
- potato pie with smoked chicken,
FRIDAY :
- fish soup,
- chicken with rice (plovas),
- cottage cheese pie,
- meat pasties (kibinai).
SATURDAY :
- spicy rice-tomato soup with mutton,
- zeppelins with meat or cottage cheese.
Weekend's Special - pork goulash on potato pancake with cream and salad.

As you probably have noticed, I didn't announce the usual week menu yesterday.
Sorry to dissapoint you, but not feeling well and not sure about my ability to work this week. On top of my long term health problems have a bad cough and lack of energy.
But please don't buy flowers for my funeral just yet 😍 . I will try to make some frozen dumplings, pancakes, chicken kievs, etc. If I feel better maybe cook a proper dinner and meat pasties. Will let you know later.

Just wanted to let you know there are some changes at Ally's kitchen this week.
I have a few appointments this week regarding my health and other issues, that's why can make food for you only on Thursday and Friday.
THURSDAY :
- mushroom soup (V),
- grated potato in pork intestines (Vėdarai),
- rice with mutton on bone (plovas),
- minced pork cutlets with buckwheat,
- zeppelins with meat or cottage cheese (V).
FRIDAY :
- gherkin soup with pork belly,
- beef lasagne,
- pork shoulder steaks topped with tomatoes and cheese,
- cottage cheese pie (V).
