Big congratulations to Isobelle and Aidy who were married on Saturday at ! I loved how you chose one of my designs and we made it unique to you!

It was also a treat to see Lucy from there and have a catch up.

The flavours were:
🎂Toffee sponge filled with toffee buttercream and a salted caramel and toffee sauce.
🍰Vanilla cake filled with lavender buttercream and blackberry preserve.
🍫 Chocolate fudge sponge filled with chocolate orange buttercream.

Big thank you and heartfelt congratulations to the lovely Kirsty and Mark who were married last weekend at Thoresby Riding Hall.

The cake design was inspired by their beautiful invitations and the sugar flowers complemented the design beautifully.

This was a couple that adore salted caramel - so all three tiers (and the cutting cake!) were caramel sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce.

Thank you both for trusting me with your special cake. Thank you too to the staff - one of only a handful of times I've been asked for my social media handles so they can tag me in their posts. Makes a big difference to small businesses.

Loved these colours and theme! The ‘Dream Team’ had an incredible day on our urban city shoot working with the street art as our inspiration! We spent the day in Beeston with its incredible graffiti and street art.

It was my first attempt at sculpted palette knife ganache flowers and I’m pretty pleased with how it came out! All the flowers on the cake were sculpted petal by petal with ganache in a time consuming but oh so rewarding way. Sugarpaste is

I'm exhibiting at the stunning and perfect tomorrow for their Autumn Wedding Showcase between 1pm-4pm.

The focus is on sustainability and I can't wait to meet the wonderful couples that will be there tomorrow! The suppliers have been handpicked and are truly exceptional at what they do - really looking forward to catching up with them.

These gorgeous photos were taken by at the previous wedding showcase I attended in October and the team that styled and contributed on the day are amazing!

The cake design was inspired by nature and looks stunning with the addition of the clear acrylic separators by Prop Options!

I haven't posted in a while but had to say a huge congratulations to the absolutely lovely Emily and Daniel who were married at yesterday.

They chose a simple and delicious combination of:

- Vanilla sponge cake filled with a smooth vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserve.
- White chocolate mudcake cupcakes filled with raspberry preserve and topped with raspberry and white chocolate buttercream.
- Salted caramel cupcakes filled with salted caramel sauce and topped with a salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream.

As always it was a real pleasure to deliver and set up at one of my absolute favourite venues just down the road - . Thank you for always welcoming us suppliers so warmly!

I loved the dried flowers left for me to decorate the cupcake stand. The smell of lavender was amazing!!

My signature design and one of my absolute favourite cakes of all time! A huge thank you and congratulations to the wonderful Jan and Wayne who were married yesterday at the GORGEOUS Granary Loft ! Right from initial conversation I have loved working with this couple and couldn't be happier for them.

Flavours:
🍮 top tier was a caramel sponge filled with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream
🍰 middle tier was a vanilla sponge filled with strawberry preserve and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
🥕 bottom tier was a delicious carrot, walnut and raisin cake filled with orange buttercream.

Another thank you to the ever creative and clever .options for your stunning separators and spacers! I used the side bar floating separator and fillable acrylic tier and they are so versatile and easy to use!

The stencil on the clear separator was made by and is one of my favourites.

I used for this creation as it's my favourite!
