Open to anyone aged 18+ with a connection to Bulwell
No acting experience needed
Fun, friendly and completely free

Work with theatre director Claire Finn and the Nonsuch Studios team over 10 weeks, then perform at the Bulwell Forest Garden Harvest Festival this September.

WE’RE MAKING A NEW SHOW! 💃 💵 ✈️

This week’s been a big one as we’ve started development for a brand new Nonsuch show - and we couldn’t be more excited to see where this process will take us.

Inspired by visions of the future from 13-18 year olds from across Nottingham as part of our Centre Stage programme; this new show is all about choices, limits and the world we live in.

Led by our Artistic Director Edward Boott with creative associates Catriona Giles and Carlos Mendoza de Hevia at the fabulous Fabric, this new show will be our first full-length devised show since 2018 and we can’t wait to share the journey as we go with you!

We're excited to be bringing two performances to this year's Sneinton Festival!

💙Sneinton Underwater: created by our Sneinton Drama Group and directed by Laura Ryder as part of our Stage The City programme, generously funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.

⭐ Pirate Adventure: a brand-new piece devised with our regular Homerangers class, directed by Rebecca Allen.

Come and celebrate the creativity of our amazing young performers on Saturday 4 July at Tricket's Park as part of Sneinton Festival 2026.

We're proud to celebrate and be a part of the incredible LGBTQ+ creativity, visibility and community that continues to thrive across Nottingham.

From Notts Trans Pride on Saturday to the launch of the Rainbow Quarter outside Broadway Cinema last week (our home!) - we love to see so many people coming together to celebrate, support and champion LGBTQ+ lives and culture.

We'll always champion q***r creativity and amplify diverse voices to create spaces where everyone can feel seen, celebrated and welcome.
