Do you want to join our exciting and dynamic Trent Events team? 🚨

The Entertainments department are looking to recruit Event Assistants to assist with the operation of their diverse events program, across all 3 campuses. 😎

Role responsibilities include (but not limited to) managing ticket scanning, on the door sales and guest list entry, running the cloakroom for customers, assisting with the promotion of events through flyering and postering, and most importantly delivering excellent levels of customer service. ⭐️

If you are a confident, reliable and sociable individual that thrives in a busy event environment, this role is for you! ✨

Deadline to apply for this role is 23:59pm on 06th August 2026. Interviews are expected to be held w/c 10th August. Interviews will be conducted via teams unless applicants are currently in Nottingham and able to attend in person. ✏️
