The Walled Garden 1865 was the first recorded wedding at Beeston Fields.

We would like to think they chose it because of it's beautiful parkland setting, nestled within 135 acres, because of it's Victorian splendour and the grandeur of the 19th Century country house, but actually it was the Fellows family who lived here. With this gorgeous setting, we are just ten minutes from the centre of Nottingham and the M1, making us an ideal location for your wedding.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the garden, this dreamy little oasis is one of our favourite underrated photo spots. With dappled light, festoons and a natural woodland feel, it’s the perfect backdrop for golden hour portraits, or a quiet moment just the two of you💫

When a couple sends a review like this, it makes all the hard work worth it💜

Phil & Grace’s June wedding here was a total scorcher, full of love, and a British heatwave!

But despite the heat, the atmosphere was pure joy. A lovely couple, surrounded by beautiful people, and that kind of energy you just can’t plan.

Afterwards, we received the kindest message from them, and honestly, it meant the world. Feedback like this reminds us why we love what we do, and we’re so proud of our team for helping make their day one to remember!

The little touches make such an impact, and we loved every single one from this gorgeous June wedding back in 2023, beautifully captured by Rosie-Kate Photography 🏵

Our Story

Hidden behind the main House sat an old, derelict garden. Surrounded by a beautiful red brick wall and left unattended for many years until we opened the gates and work began in 2011. The garden has been lovingly restored over a number of years and has become a marvel of wildlife and blooming flowers. All year round the Marquee and Garden offer an exclusive old English event venue.
