Join us at our Wedding Open Day on Saturday 26th September.

This is the perfect chance for couples searching for their dream wedding venue to come and look around. There won't be any suppliers, just the garden, our team, and the space to roam at your own pace!

Arrival drinks and canapés will be served, our wedding planners will be around all afternoon, and the marquee will be fully dressed so you can see what your wedding here could feel like.

August in the garden 💜

This summer, it’s mostly been a case of watering, watering and more watering! Our gardeners have worked incredibly hard to keep everything looking its best through such a hot, dry summer.

There is so much putting on a beautiful show at the moment, from the echinops and sedum to the Japanese anemones, which have been one of our favourites this year.

Our fruit is also starting to come into harvest, with the juicy plums and the grapes in the greenhouse ready to be picked. The chefs have been busy in the kitchen playing around with a few ideas for what to do with them! We’ll keep you posted…

We’re making the most of these last few weeks of late summer before the garden starts its slow shift into autumn.

Introducing our pantry garden!

What started as an overgrown patch outside the front of our cottage has slowly been transformed into our new edible garden. And despite the heat this summer, we’ve already been harvesting plenty from it!
