A little taste of our Christmas Party menu...

Think ham hock terrine or a savoury caprese cheesecake to start, a proper butter basted roast with all the trimmings, and a boozy Griottine cherry crushed pavlova to finish. Yum.

We know it's only just beginning to feel like summer (apart from that crazy hail this afternoon), but our Christmas party bookings are open now. Dates go quickly, so the sooner you book, the more choice you have.

Our two outdoor ceremony spaces 💜

The Bandstand:
This sits right at the heart of the garden, with your guests wrapped around you as you say your 'I Do's'. Here, being completely surrounded by the people you love most is something couples always mention afterwards. Depending on your guest numbers, we can set it as a full moon or half moon - the full moon working best for smaller, more intimate ceremonies.

The Loggia:
This is our original Victorian greenhouse space, framed by rambling David Austin roses climbing the old brick wall and original black iron details. You make your way down the aisle, through the bandstand, then say your vows at the top of the steps, your guests below looking up toward you.

We had such a lovely day hosting our first BBQ masterclass on Sunday, and we got some lovely feedback too!💚

"A friend and I were at the BBQ cookery school today. What a brilliant day! I learnt so much, in your fabulous surroundings, and enjoyed a superb BBQ lunch to round off. Can’t fault Rob and Alex – they are clearly enthusiastic about what they do and they are damn good at it! The only downside is that I’m probably going to have to spend £200 ish upgrading my BBQ gear now! A big thank you to Rob and Alex."

Good news for lovers of Italian food...

We're thrilled to welcome guest teacher Pasticceria Lorena for the first time, who will be guiding you through the art of Italian Patisserie on Sunday 6th September. Think golden cannoli filled with ricotta cream and dusted in icing sugar, alongside delicate fruit tartlets filled with creme pâtissière. An afternoon designed to transport your tastebuds straight to Sicily!

Plus, another pasta-making date is landing on Thursday 1st October! After multiple sold out classes, our very own chefs Alex and Rob are back and ready to teach you how to create delicious fresh pasta from scratch, followed by a tasty sauce masterclass.
