A little birthday trip to Amsterdam 🇳🇱

Four days of wandering the streets, finding cute little bakeries, watching the boats go by, exploring the canals and taking in all the little details that make Amsterdam so special.

One of my favourite parts of the trip was heading to Delft and taking a little ceramics painting workshop.

I got to paint a tiny ceramics trinket dish using the beautiful Delft blue and white colours, while trying mandala dot painting for the first time.

I love trips like this a little exploring and a little creating.
Definitely bringing a little bit of that Delft inspiration home with me.

Something exciting is happening at Augustin Studio…

I’m so excited to be sharing the space with lots of new local businesses and creatives over the coming months.

A few lovely businesses have already reached out about collaborating, hiring the studio and bringing their own creative ideas into the space and I cannot wait to welcome you all in!

We’ve got some new crafts, workshops and collaborations in the works… 👀

I genuinely love seeing the space become a little creative hub for local businesses, artists and makers and this is only the beginning.

Yesterday was ALL about experimenting, creating & getting messy

I had the absolute pleasure of spending the day with the amazing Louise, an artist who travelled all the way from Manchester to spend the day with me, sharing some of her techniques and creative knowledge.

We experimented with so many different techniques, mediums, colours, textures and surfaces really just getting everything out and seeing what we could create!

It was such a fun day of learning, playing and pushing my creativity in different directions.

Safe to say… we made A LOT of mess 😂

Thank you Louise for such a fun and inspiring day! I can’t wait to bring some of these new ideas into future workshops at Augustin Studio
