Working with Strata, we collaborated with the Polestar UK PR, marketing, and global teams to bring to life their vision for a landmark celebration of five years in the UK - Polestar Festival.

With full production support, the event was designed to meet the demands of a premium automotive showcase and deliver high visual impact through:

• Complete set and scenic build to meet Polestar’s brand requirements
• Staging with ramps suitable for vehicle movement
• Presentation stage featuring an Absen 2.5mm LED video wall integrated in the scenic backdrop
• Flown lighting and sound systems to create an immersive atmosphere
• Vehicle backdrops with integrated digital screens for storytelling and audience engagement

We supported Aldermore Bank's very first ‘Women In’ networking event, held in partnership with the Women of the Year Luncheon & Awards.

Alongside Abstract, we brought our production expertise to the iconic Searcys at the Gherkin. The event had an inspiring panel and created opportunities for people to come together, challenge perspectives, and drive change.

Now in its 43rd year, the Women of the Year Awards 2025 takes place next week. The awards celebrate and champion positive female role models, recognising those who inspire across society and the business community.

In partnership with Strata, we delivered a custom exhibition stand for JAECOO at London Pet Show Live, Olympia!

As the official car sponsor, JAECOO wanted a stand that would do more than showcase the JAECOO 5, it needed to attract attention, spark engagement, and keep visitors coming back.

Our team built a 6x10m exhibition stand featuring bespoke flooring, bold graphic walls, large format digital displays, clever storage and comfortable seating for both humans and pets.

Continuing our long standing relationship with Resolute DTF, we once again supported them at The Print Show, NEC.

Utilising the same reusable stand assets, we created a stand that sat at the forefront of the show.

We’ve been named a finalist for the 2025 Event Technology Awards in the Best Audio Visual Supplier category!

This recognition comes from our great work on the Jaecoo 7 UK Launch, where we delivered a high-impact, immersive event experience to an audience of UK dealers.

The event combined cutting-edge audio visual technology with scenic elements to create an unforgettable reveal of the new vehicle. Advanced technical ex*****on included content mapping across a vast LED video wall with satellite screens, and programming all the sound, lighting and video tech to align with SFX during the opening launch sequence that embraced the elements!

From the warehouse through to our techs and PMs, everyone’s now clued up on how to ground stack, fly from rigging and configure the processors to get the best image output.

It’s all hands on in the scenic workshop right now as we gear up for a busy run of exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations.

Cabinet components are coming off the CNC, getting assembled by the team, and heading straight into the spray booth for finishing. Then it’s onto lighting, integrated tech, and final detailing before everything gets packed up and sent out to venues across the UK.

And with demand growing, we’re expanding into a brand-new space, giving our team the tools, room, and resources to keep delivering outstanding work.

This time last week, we brought the team together for our summer All Staff meeting and BBQ.

We hosted the meeting in our brand-new Fabrication space for the very first time. It’s not fitted out yet, but it gave the team a first look at what’s coming and we’ll be bringing you along for the ride!

We shared big business updates and used interactive tech to get live feedback. When asked what people value most about working at On, the top answer was no surprise: the people. We’ve got a cracking team.

And naturally, Dan Jellicoe couldn’t resist bringing out the gold blazer for the iconic Staff Quiz. Which included a brilliantly bizarre 'Guess the People' round with AI-blended team faces. Equal parts uncanny, mildly unsettling, and very hilarious.

As the team continues to grow, it’s more important than ever to take time to come together.

After years of reliable service from our Yamaha QL5, it was time to upgrade and the DM7 is the perfect fit for the demands of modern live events. With no time to rest, it’s already been out on the road for back to back festivals this August.

DM7 takes things to the next level:

✔ 120 mono input channels

Festival season? Completed it...nearly.

We’ve been out in the field in all weathers this summer, delivering sound & lighting production for ten incredible festivals, supporting multiple stages with our production expertise and equipment from L-Acoustics PA systems to Chauvet Professional, Robe and Aryton lighting rigs.

Our team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, reviewing hundreds of artist riders to ensure every technical detail was covered and every performance sounded and looked spot on.

Huge shoutout to the team behind it all: Paul Smith, Jake Moore, Chris Thornton-Smith, Will Henderson, Shannon Spence, Thomas Nozedar, Josh Simper, Charlie Keyte, Elliot Henderson, Chris Green, Chris Foot, Paul Bird, James Claridge, Sam Kilby and the many others in the team that work tirelessly to prep and maintain equipment to the highest standards .

⚽ Bringing the adidas F50 'Road to Glory' to life at Soccer Aid 2025!⚽

We teamed up with JDPL Productions Ltd to turn an Old Trafford car park into a dynamic fan zone. Our goal was to celebrate the launch of the adidas F50 Road to Glory pack with high-energy engagement, bold branding, and real-time excitement.

What went down:

⚽ Custom mini‑pitch with branding, signage, and event tech

⚽ Pulse-racing speed challenge, powered by sensors & timers

⚽ Live leaderboard that pitted fans against pros – scoreboard realness!

⚽ Seamless technical delivery – AV, power, infrastructure, you name it

⚽ All in support of Soccer Aid’s UNICEF fundraising mission

This activation fused creative fabrication, interactive tech, and professional-grade production, resulting in a fully immersive experience that engaged fans of all ages and amplified adidas’ presence at this iconic event.
