We are seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor to assist with the daily operations of our busy soft play centre and party venue.
Working alongside and supporting the managers, you will be a key-holder, leading a small team to ensure a safe, clean, and fun experience for all our guests.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, enthusiastic, customer-focused leader with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and party coordination.
Key responsibilities will be to lead, train, and motivate the soft play team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain safety protocols. Manage the day-to-day running of the centre, including opening and closing procedures. Oversee the coordination and ex*****on of children's birthday parties and special events, ensuring each party runs smoothly. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and proactively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Enforce and uphold all health and safety and venue rules, conducting regular safety checks of play equipment and the premises. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the venue, including play areas, party rooms, and cafe facilities. Manage daily task assignments and provide on-the-job training. Assist with cafe operations, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing stock levels.
Support the venue management in driving visitor numbers and promoting parties and events.
You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within a leisure, hospitality, or child-focused environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and manage staff effectively. A friendly, energetic, and professional attitude with the flexibility to work on a shift rota, including weekends and holidays.
