I super loved being part of jade's journey. She came to, we chose a beautiful dress,and then almost ayear down the line jade lost so much weight 5 dress sizes in total,jade came and tried a few more styles, but her heart still lay with her dream dress . The normal rule of thumb when taking in a bridal gown is one maybe two dress sizes, jade had gone from a 20 to almost an 8...... but we did it, and also changed the neckline. As you can see, jade looked truly amazing on her wedding day x

This lovely lady contacted me with regards to having her great grandmothers wedding dress resizing and tailored to compliment her,after her great grandmother and her mother both wearing it for there own wedding day ......
We reshaped the neckline, dropped the high back into a v, whilst keeping those beautiful cover buttons, a satin band was put on the hem to lengthen and the sleeves were taken out and reshape
I think you'll agree, she looked absolutely beautiful 😍

So today I handed back my keys and walked away with sadness, but some wonderful memories and brides that became friends , it's been a great 6 years and I thank all of the amazing people ive have had through the doors and my beautiful brides. Thank you for choosing me to be part of your journey😘.
I shall still be doing alterations, but no longer at the shop .x and also a new venture, which i can't wait to start
