What is Tetsudo?

The noble art of Testudo has its roots in Tibet and its essence lies in the cornerstone that the mind and body or inextricably linked.

Testudo training makes the body physically strong, agile and healthy; and the mind to become more aware, perceptive and focused. When the two are in harmony, the seemingly impossible becomes possible.

The skills learned through the practise of Tetsudo offer profound benefits to everyone regardless of age gender or fitness level.

Come along to this free introductory class and experience the benefits first hand.
We are in the Dojo at the community centre every Tuesday from 7:00 PM
