We are very lucky to be part of the RCAN - Rural Community Action Nottinghamshire , a group of village halls all networking and supporting each other. They have some great fundraising ideas! Here at Attenborough Village Hall we're always happy to hear from anyone in our local community who may have ideas for fundraising or would like to volunteer some of their time to help support our hall 😀.

Ever heard of a Chatty Café table? 🤔

It’s a simple idea that makes a BIG difference. ✨

By setting up a “Chatter & Natter” table in your venue, you’re creating a space where people can sit if they’re happy to chat with others, perfect for anyone feeling a bit lonely or just up for a friendly conversation. You can run the table with the help of a trained volunteer with a regular meeting Tim or just have a space available at all times! It’s flexible to suit you and your venue!

** Open Afternoon**
Today Saturday 15th March between 1-3pm , Attenborough Village Hall, Attenborough Village will be opening the doors in the Douglas Taylor Room to show you what this charity run Village Hall does!
They'll be Tea & Cakes too! ( including gluten free) ☕️🍪
We're always looking for volunteers to join us on our committee , so come & have a chat with us about what you could do to give something back to your local community!
