Turning 80 in style! 🎂🎂🎂

We had the most beautiful evening in Ashbourne celebrating David’s 80th birthday with his family — and what a menu to mark the milestone.

We started with a light Asian-inspired course featuring delicate vegetable gyozas, before the showstopper arrived - a classic Beef Wellington that had the whole table talking.

We finished with an assiette of desserts, a cheese course, and petit fours to close the night perfectly.

Private dining at its best. The kind of evening that reminds you why we do what we do.

The feedback from David’s family meant the world to us. Happy 80th, David - here’s to many more celebrations!
