My (Dan) amazing Dad turns 70 years old today! As a gift, we spent a lot of time looking back through his 70 years on this earth to put together a “this is your life” style newspaper for him. What started as an 8 page project soon developed into 20 pages 😅
For me personally, it was great to give these early photos back to Dad after they had been upscaled and recoloured. Not only had I not seen some of these photos before, but the ones I had seen had come to live once more. We also used photoshop to reframe every single photo for this project (over 200!) and asked his friends and family to write birthday messages for him, like their favourite memories and what they love about him.
What a man, and what a loved man! The best Dad I could have asked for 🧡
