The season shifts...

I don't grow many peonies here on the flower farm, but those few I do grow I absolutely LOVE. I think they are a firm favourite for most - let me know if you also adore them! Swipe ➡️ to see some of my fabourites from this week.

It's a really busy time in the flower field - peak planting season, alongside the floristry business. The rain this week has been very welcome and is very much needed (long overdue, in fact!).

Flowers inspired by Chelsea Flower Show this week; a celebration of all brilliant things about British flowers.

I've been in awe of all of the displays and gardens and I am so excited to be representing Flowers From The Farm (with my FftF partner-in-crime ) at it's phenomenal indoor, mini flower farm at Chelsea, in the Grand Pavillion later this week. It's fantastic to be part of a strong, women-led team and organisation.

Flowers will be available over the weekend at:

Norfolk Food Hall

Exquisite ranunculus being picked by the bucket load - enjoying the cooler temperatures (I'm not - it's cold!).

Are you a fan? Or are they just too perfect? I really love them at the moment - and never have enough time to just look at them and appreciate the swirly spirals.

Happy weekend all!

The farm is full of colour! And it's been another wonderfully busy week, starting with a visit from a group of fellow Flowers From The Farm members. It's great to have a community to share professional knowledge and share highs and lows with.

There's finally been some much needed rain 🌧 and the rainwater tanks have partly replenished.

Flowers this week include sweet rocket, allium, gum, ranunculus and the first of the cornflower and mint crops. Swipe ➡️ to have a closer look.

Fancy a bunch? Grab them at:

These total beauts have been absolutely phenomenal this year. Against all the odds - late planting, mild and wet winter, dry spring. The final stems were harvested last week.

Tulips. Spring floral heroes. I think they deserve a final chance to shine on the grid.

Coming up on the flower farm this week - there's orders, planting, planning and this morning, I'm hosting a wonderful group of fellow Flowers From The Farm
members - a chance for some professional development, collaborative learning and mindful movement courtesy of Back to the Wild

It's going to be another busy one!

'Tis the season...for FROTH.

Swipe to some of this week's May goodness.

It's been a week of planning for some really exciting summer stuff, flower-picking, planting, seed sowing, potting on (oh, and lots of watering!).

PLUS - did I mention yoga retreats on the flower field with Back to the Wild ?! Get in touch or check out our website for more info - https://brunsteadblooms.com/courses/

The first full week in May. Some places have had much needed, nourishing rain. Not here.

But, enough about the weather - the flowers are still looking fabulous. And these ranunculus are so spectacular - definitely worthy of a place on the grid.

Flowers available this week at:

🪻 Home Stagers in Stalham

Plus - there's still spaces on our Yoga & PYO evenings and retreats. Don't forget to get in touch to book!
