ECC has been granted £450 from the Norfolk Community Fund, Councillor Margaret Dewsbury, to install electrics, fridges and air con.

One of the criteria of receiving the money is to create a crowdfunding link (👀) and share it with those most relevant - so here I am, doing that... 🤣

Please dont feel any obligation to donate but I'd be grateful if you would share with any connections who might donate!

Thankyou in advance 🩵

ECC started as two stacks of crates and has evolved into a shed, with shelves. Now we would like to install electrics, fridge and air con.

What a great youth post to see! An entrepreneur in the making for sure.

This is the second such post from a teenager in Norwich that I've seen recently - perhaps the gaps surrounding career pathways could be somewhat filled with a teen programme aimed at setting up small businesses like this and https://www.facebook.com/share/15v1RtYEsS/.

What do you think? Good ideas from these young men, or do you feel that 14 is too young to start working?

Look at that lineup of Iowa farmers who showed up (during their busiest time of the year) to help a friend that was tossed by a 1200 lb. steer and has 7 fractures.

Since he can't harvest, his friends did it. They brought 8 combines and 10 semis - plus wagons and tractors. The local restaurant provided lunch and in a few hours, His harvest was complete so he can concentrate on healing. I LOVE these stories of community so much more than all the other junk going on in the world. Great job, There are still great people around us!
