Pan fried Duck Breast with Orange & Ginger Glaze served with Red W**e Jus

Rack of Lamb with Parsnip Puree , Mash and Roasted Vegetables

Sea-bass Fillet , Crushed New Pots , Green Veg and Crayfish Butter .

Dessert
Sticky Toffee Pudding served Warm Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Trio of Desserts ( Creme Brûlée , Lemon Tart , Chocolate Brownie)

Oven Baked Apple Tart Tatain served with Caramel Sauce .

I left the guests with a Cheese Board of Local Cheese , Chutney & Biscuits.
