We deliver freshly prepared meals daily, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to all of our customers. All of our meals are freshly prepared in our local kitchen and are not frozen, as we believe that providing fresh wholesome food is vital to the elder generation. These meals are delivered in the morning to give the customer a choice of either having this as the lunchtime or evening meal. T
here is no requirement to have meals delivered daily, this can be tailored to match the needs of the customer. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable and try to meet any indivdual requirements. We already have a number of customers that have pin entry systems or limited mobility and rely on us providing a daily personal service, and sometimes we are the only contact that they have. Therefore wherever possible we would like to have any relevant contact numbers for us to contact somebody if necessary. Meals are provided in microwavable containers and regardless of the meal they all require heating for 3-4 minutes depending on wattage of microwave. If you do not have a microwave then meals can be provided in oven ready containers and placed in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. We have tried to keep this as simple as possible as we understand that many other meals on offer have many different heating requirements and therefore become very confusing to reheat correctly. We provide a three week menu and have detailed this under the menu section of this website, this does change periodically to ensure a variety is offered.
