🍰 Afternoon Tea Week is back - and this year, it’s for a good cause 🍰
From 10–16 August, we’re teaming up with Amber's Army to support Norfolk families caring for a child with a terminal cancer diagnosis. For every Afternoon Tea served during the week, £2 will go directly to their work.
We asked the team at Amber’s Army what they’d order from our menu – top picks were the Rainbow Cupcakes, followed by the Strawberry Jam Tart and Cheese Straws 🌈🍓
In their words:
“We are truly honoured that Maids Head have chosen us for their charity this year. We held a fabulous event earlier in the year, and we are very much looking forward to an event later in the year. Afternoon tea was a favourite of Amber’s. We even had one delivered during Covid and ate it in the street social distancing from our neighbours.”
Our Head Chef’s Afternoon Tea Week menu brings together colour, a few seasonal surprises, and all the classics done properly – think Lavender Shortbread, Mushroom Quiche, Prawn Cocktail, Beetroot-cured Salmon & Cream Cheese on Sourdough, and our Norfolk Crunch BLT Roll, alongside the sweet treats above.
