Buddha bowl! Such massive flavours! Roasted sweet potato, tender stem broccoli and onion, with spinach and chickpeas fried in a tiny bit of oil and loads of lush spices. Topped with an amazing tahini dressing! Tasty and healthy!

Practising desserts tonight, Eton mess cake! Strawberries and meringue scattered on a super light but indulgent sponge baked and served with a little (a lot) of Chantilly cream on the side!

Chickpeas and spinach. Seems very simple. sauce made with sourdough, tomato and sherry vinegar. Love it !
