In the workshop you will get time and space to tap into your energy system and nourish and ignite your spark from within. With the support of Do-In that will spring start the workshop with honouring our bodies and listening into its needs and desires bringing in the Yin/Yang flow. Expressive Movement connects us back to creativity and play, it also helps to shake and shift any trauma in our body whilst releasing endorphins as we/you improvise.
Into a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey. Here you will be guided through a circular breath on a journey into the subconscious...meeting any parts of yourself that you have forgotten about, breathing to connect to your own uniqueness and gently awakening your life force as we breathe together.

NOTE 1! Waterloo Park has a gorgeous cafe ..why not make a longer afternoon of it, and come for a light lunch or snack, drink beforehand?

Only a few day's until our New Moon ritual!

Who’s joining us for an evening of whisking, salts, essential oils, and deep renewal?

The sauna ritual is designed to relax and revitalise whilst taking you through a journey of your senses. The initial warmth of the sauna will intensify throughout the session and the heat will be used to provide a deep release of any stress or tension.

The host will incorporate various scents, salts and leaf whisks (traditional bunches of birch leaves used in massage), all designed to encourage a deeper connection to yourself and nature.
