The Sauna Box is back at Harlequin! 🥳

We'll be open:

✨ Friday, Saturday & Sunday
🕘 9:00am to 5:00pm

You can book your sauna session online (link in comments), or come and find us in the Healing Field and pop your name on our booking sheet outside the gazebo.

Prices:
🔥 Weekend Pass (3 sauna sessions): £35
🔥 Single sauna session: £17.50

Don't forget to bring:
💦 1 or 2 towels
💧 A water bottle
💛 Your wonderful self

We recommend booking in advance because you lovely lot tend to fill us up quickly! 🙌

Here's a little sauna magic... ✨ Believe it or not, getting really hot on a hot day can actually help your body regulate its temperature! So if you fancy a good sweat, a refreshing cool down, and leaving feeling cleaner, calmer and completely reset... come and say hello! 🔥🥵❄️🌊

There’s something special about a full moon…
a little invitation to pause, look up, and notice what’s been growing. 🌱

The full moon is often seen as a time for reflection, release, and letting go of what no longer feels aligned.

As we move through this season of light after the Summer Solstice, maybe take a moment to ask yourself…

✨ What am I grateful for?
✨ What have I created or nurtured?
✨ What seeds have I planted that are now starting to grow? 🌱

Sometimes we’re so busy moving forward that wee forget to stop and acknowledge how far we’ve come.

So tonight… step outside if you can, feel the air, look up at the Strawberry Moon, take a breath and reconnect with yourself. 🌕

✨ Summer Solstice ✨

The longest day of the year..
let in the light! 💫

I’ve been thinking about this point in the year…
A chance to pause, reflect & notice what’s growing or wilting! 🌱

When I look back,, I honestly couldn't imagine being here… hosting retreats, bringing people together, connection, community, dance, joy, spaces fir people to be themselves.

A big part of this for me has been learning to trust myself, step out of my comfort zone & follow what feels right (even when it feels a little scary!)

Ecstatic dance especially has shown me the power of letting go, moving freely and connecting with myself & others in a completely different way. 💃

So as we welcome the new light of the solstice, I invite you to think about…

✨ What are you ready to let go of?
✨ What are you ready to welcome in?

And a big hank you for being part of this FoD community & for bringing your energy, light and magic to Field of Dreams
