Hartford Golf Club has been host to many weddings during the last 10 years. We feel privileged to have been selected to provide the setting for so many beautiful days and can assure you of our very best attention at all times. We appreciate that this day has to be perfect and fulfill all your dreams and with that in mind all our weddings are tailored to the exact wishes of the bride and groom. We

understand that you do not want a standard wedding and therefore work with you on every aspect so that YOUR personal signature is on the day not ours. Our wedding team are here to ensure that your requirements are met and exceeded, with help and advise if and when you need it. The Golf Course offers a stunning backdrop for a wedding ceremony and reception, with the course itself rolling from the clubhouse, water features and ancient trees all providing beautiful scenery and a superb setting for the wedding photos. Every attention to the smallest details will be given. The layout of the venue is entirely up to you. The colour scheme, table decorations, seating, the chairs themselves and the flowers will all be laid out as you want them. Wedding Breakfasts to suit your own personal budget and requirements can be catered for. We can provide a fine dining experience for you and your guests, or if you prefer something more casual we can provide a hog roast or for the unusual, fish and chip suppers. However funky or traditional you would like your day to be we can comply. We can also help you to organise additional services such as cars, accommodation, florists, disco, photographer and live music. Each and every aspect of your day will be specific to you and your wishes. We just want you to have the best day of your lives and will do everything we can to achieve that. The location

HGC is easy to find, so your guests won't get lost or stressed trying to find us. Once here, there is a large car park so no one had to walk miles from the car in all their wedding regalia. The clubhouse

Spacious, stylish and contemporary the clubhouse has a large function room and bar area directly overlooking the golf course. French windows open out onto an attractive patio area where (weather permitting) small marquees can be used for champagne and canapés. The layout of the room itself can be set according to your own design. Tables up to a maximum of 10 are highly recommended. For the wedding ceremony and reception up to 200 guests can be seated for a sit down meal, if you have more guests we can offer a full size marquee to accommodate up to 250. The civil ceremony

This is the moment and therefore the layout and decor are crucial. Your design for seating of your guests and for where you conduct your ceremony can be created to your wishes. Incorporating your florist designs we can accommodate up to 100 guests to witness your union. You will need to contact the registrar separately and we can provide their details upon request. The wedding breakfast
All our wedding breakfasts are specially selected for each and every couple. We have no set menus. Where possible our produce is locally sourced and always fresh. We will sit down with you to discuss what you prefer and any special requirements you may have. We offer sample menus to give you an idea of what you may like, however, we will work personally with you to create a selection of food to suit all your guests and your budget.
