Mermaid Aurora

🤩 Wow!! What an amazing achievement!

💰 What an incredible amount raised for RNLI Llandudno Lifeboat who risk their lives day in, day out for those in trouble at sea!

🏴‍☠️ Conwy Pirates were there with a few games and the quarter masters stand.

🚁 RAF Valley joined the demonstration with their helicopter.

🧜‍♀️ I took the chance to stretch my fins and splash around in the warm waters along the shore.

👍 Well done to everyone who was involved from joining for the day, fundraising or supporting the event.

🌊 Today was spent in the waters of Llandudno!

🧍‍♀️ It was lovely to meet big and little two leggers who stopped to say hello!

🚤 RNLI Llandudno Lifeboat put on a great display of their IRB and Shannon Class lifeboat along side a helicopter from RAF Valley!

🌊 Always remember your water safety……know the tide times, know the numbers to call if you need help (999 and ask for the coast guard or 112) and if you do get into difficulty on the water - remember:

🛟 Float to live:

Tilt your head back with your ears submerged in the water.

Relax and try to breathe normally.

Move your hands and legs gently to stay stable.

Let your legs sink if they do; everyone floats differently.

Call for help or swim to safety once you catch your breath.

🧜‍♀️ ♥️
