How things work, is we would meet for a consultation to discuss your menu for the event, then I would need to go away and cost it, it will be cost of ingredients plus labour..
Cost of ingredients will also be you deposit amount & labour is to be paid by the end of the day of the event.
I do prefer a face to face meeting , as it's easier taking notes and developing our menu for the event, not usually more than an hour, this is free of charge, as is the shopping for ingredients or costing of menu's, I only charge for labour on the day.
We can come to you as it will give us a chance to have a visual, work out a day plan..
I will arrive a few hours before the event start time and prepare all the food & cook on the day until the required time, and of course it will be spotless when I leave..
Cost of ingredients will depend entirely on your chosen menu, I.e some dishes cost more than others.
Please feel free to ask any questions..

SUNDAY 5TH APRIL.
9 ADULTS X 2 CHILDREN.

Complementary Bread & olives.

Focaccia, sweet redwine & date loaf with sea salted sourdough, olives, balsamic & olive oil & Chilli Oils.

Garlic & Chilli prawns.
Toasted balsamic sourdough, butterflied king prawns marinated with flavours of black garlic, chilli, ginger & lime.
Garnished with mirco herbs.

FOR MUM - NO FISH!
Sticky BBQ chicken wings, in a smokey BBQ sauce with sesame seeds, chilli & spring onion.

Chicken supreme.
French trimmed chicken supreme, leek mashed potato, braised carrot with flavours orange & cinnamon glazed with honey, tender stem broccoli & chilli, with a red wine jus.

Trio of desserts.
Mini apple & strawberry crumble with vanilla ice-cream.
Mini sweet Basil panna cotta with a strawberry reduction.
Mini chocolate fondant with creme anglaise.

CHILDREN.
Breaded chicken goujons,
Home made chips & cucumber sticks.

Tomorrow Night's Menu, a meal at home for my beautiful wife! -food!

Homemade,
wine & date loaf,
Focaccia bread,
Herb butter & balsamic & olive oil.

Duo of haddock.
Haddock fish cake, miso baked haddock, cucumber, pickled cucumber ribbons, radish, beet root, beetroot fluid gel, fig balsamic, minted pea puree, tartar sauce, orange segment, pomegranate, quails egg, watercress & rocket.

Spiced Belly Pork.
Saffron fondant potatoes, chantonnay carrots, sweet tender stem broccoli, carrot puree, pea puree, caramelised apple, apple fluid gel & redcurrant reduction.

Sweet Basil panna cotta.
Chocolate drizzles, poached kiwis, chocolate strawberry, blueberry compote, lemon Ice cream, shortbread tuile, chocolate soil dried raspberry & fruit coulis.
