I’ve been so excited to share this one… ❤️🍽️

This Valentine’s, I’m taking over the kitchen for something really special - a one-off 5-course tasting menu with wine, cooked by me and designed to be all about indulgence, comfort, and a bit of wow.

Food (as anyone who knows me will tell you) is my absolute love language. I’m all about bold flavours, beautiful ingredients, and that feeling when a dish just works. These evenings aren’t just about eating - they’re about slowing down, sharing great food, great wine, and soaking up the atmosphere in the cosy, intimate setting of Mobberley Ice Cream Farm.

Whether you’re a full-blown foodie or just looking for a Valentine’s night that feels genuinely special, this one’s for you. Expect seasonal dishes, thoughtful pairings, and a lot of passion on the plate.

This February, I’m hosting a one-off fine dining experience at The Mobberley Ice Cream Company , bringing my private chef dining style into a cosy, intimate setting for three nights only.

With over 20 years spent cooking in Michelin-starred kitchens across the UK and Ireland, I love creating menus that celebrate seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and refined flavours - without the formality.
