We’re pleased to share our 9th confirmed FREE taster session for Duston Together 2026.

🌿 Wellbeing Café – FREE Summer Social Taster Session
🗓 Wednesday 26th August
⏰ 13:00 – 15:30
📍 Duston Community Centre

As part of Duston Together, we’ll be hosting a special Summer Social edition of our Wellbeing Café — a lovely chance to come along, relax, chat and connect with others in a warm and welcoming space.

There will be crafts, puzzles, games, refreshments and plenty of opportunity to unwind, whether you would like to join in with activities or simply enjoy a quiet corner and some friendly company.

The Wellbeing Café also runs as a regular weekly session at Duston Community Centre, offering a free and welcoming space for all ages.

🌿 Wellbeing Café at Duston Community Centre 🌿

Looking for a warm, friendly and welcoming space to relax, chat and connect with others?

Our Wellbeing Café is free to attend, open to all ages, and offers a range of activities including crafts, puzzles, games and more — or simply a quiet corner to unwind. Refreshments will be available too.

Starting weekly from Wednesday 24th June

🗓 Every Wednesday afternoon
⏰ 1:00pm – 3:30pm
📍 Duston Community Centre, Pendle Road, NN5 6DT

Pilates by Vanessa offers a contemporary take on the original Joseph Pilates exercises, helping to improve strength, stability, posture, alignment, flexibility and body awareness.

This is a great opportunity to try the class for free and see what it is all about.

Join Cosy Rosie Crochet for a fun-filled evening bringing together fibre arts enthusiasts and crafters from across the community.

Whether you enjoy knitting, crochet, punch needling or any other fibre craft, this is a brilliant chance to get creative, connect with like-minded people and enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Bring along your own project, get inspired by others, and enjoy an evening of creativity, laughter and friendship. From beginners to experienced crafters, everyone is welcome.

We’re pleased to share our 6th confirmed FREE taster session for Duston Together 2026.

🚶 Nordic Walking with Space 2 Talk
📅 Wednesday 5th August
⏰ 10:30 – 11:30
📍 Starting from St Luke’s Centre, Duston

Nordic Walking is a low-impact, full-body exercise using specially designed poles to support both upper and lower body movement. It is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great way to stay active outdoors while improving posture, reducing joint strain and building confidence.

Space to Talk’s mission is to support people with their physical and mental health through walks and recreational activities that give people space to talk, access peer support, and connect with mental health resources.
