🧘 The new activities don’t stop there…

We’re pleased to welcome Pure Pilates with Sam to Duston Community Centre, starting on Thursday 3rd September 2026.

🗓 Thursdays
⏰ 09:30 – 10:30
📍 Duston Community Centre
💷 £11 per class

Pure Pilates with Sam is open to everyone, with classes designed for all bodies, including anyone who needs extra care and attention.

Classes focus on controlled movement, clear technique and core strength to support balance, stability and everyday confidence. Everyone is welcome — ladies, men, beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Please bring a Pilates mat and a drink.
