Exclusive use of the barns is always guaranteed, and we can provide you with an extensive list of local suppliers to contact if you choose. Alternatively, we offer the flexibility of sourcing all of your own suppliers if you wish, and we would be happy to offer site
visits to discuss their plans in more detail. We offer as much – or as little – help as you want throughout the planning of your day, and hold an in-depth planning meeting with you two months before the wedding to go through everything in detail, so that nothing is left to chance on the big day. We also hold a number of Open Events throughout the year, giving you the chance to chat about ideas with us, meet potential suppliers and show your venue off to your family and friends! The barns at Dodmoor House date back just over 400 years, are Grade II listed and were stylishly converted by Mark and Louise Bradley in a two year renovation project. The wedding venue opened to the public in 2006 and now hosts around 100 weddings per year
Dodmoor House is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, enabling you to host your wedding at exactly the same venue as the reception and evening party, and is also the perfect place to host your celebrations after a church wedding. We can cater for up to 90 guests for a civil ceremony in the Courtyard Barn and a seated wedding breakfast in the Catesby Barn, and have the capacity for 180 guests for the evening celebrations.
