On October the 4th, we're simultaneously throwing our 4th birthday party and halloween celebration. And we hope that you can come as it will be our very last wine and cheese night.

October is our Birthday Month, we'll be 4 years old. Also, after a lot of research I found this little festival also happening in October called Halloween. You can learn all about that on Wikipedia.

Adam is still training for the Half Marathon Relay, and was out this morning in a beautiful day!

He and Theo Esterhuizen are running for The Lowdown in September.

The charity offer critical mental health services to young people of Northamptonshire. As well as an LGBTQIA+ focus, they offer their RE:start program that helps young people transition into adult mental health care.
