Cold borscht, called chłodnik, is one of the best options for hot, sunny days. It is made with cooked beetroot, which is cooled and mixed with yoghurt. Chopped spring onions, cucumber, radishes, garlic and plenty of dill are then added, making the soup wonderfully refreshing and incredibly tasty. A boiled egg is served with it to make it even more nutritious.
