Have the letters LOVE but not light up. These are the connections from the transformer but always 1 lead not plugged in so I’m assuming the circuit is not complete. What am I doing wrong? Wrong transformer maybe. Used to work but haven’t used for a year and forgot what they normally were like

Hi, we are a party equipment hire company based in Northants. We offer giant Hollywood style Mr(s) & Mrs and LOVE letters for weddings plus all numbers available for that special party. They are all professionally made in the UK and PAP tested with spare bulbs supplied.
We also offer a photo booth experience with a digi-pod where, as well as printing passport style strips, you can also share your images via e-mail, Twitter, Instagram and SMS.
