A little tour of what’s flowering right now here in the field ā¬‡ļø
This week the field is giving us:
Sweet William, Canterbury bells, Ammi Majus, Nigella, poppy seed heads, Snapdragons, Feverfew and Alliums.

Some will be heading into bunches for the shop, some into bouquets, and some into mixed flower
buckets.

It’s always fascinating how quickly the field changes. A few weeks ago these flowers were just buds, and now they’re ready to be enjoyed.

The field is bursting with colour right now, and it’s lovely to be able to share a little of that beauty beyond the fielg gate.

Bunches, bouquets & buckets available this week. Message me for details ā¤ļø

POV: The dahlias just clocked back in for late summer duty šŸŒøāš”ļø

Removing tarpaulin is somehow a 3 person job, a full body workout, and a wrestling match all at once šŸ˜†šŸŒæ

Late summer flower chaos officially underway ✨

One minute they’re seedlings… next minute they’re applying for planning permission šŸ˜…

These were actually part of an experiment growing snapdragons undercover this year… and I think things may have escalated slightly šŸ‘€

Meanwhile the dog is watching me compare heights like I’ve finally lost it 🐶

Need answers:

1. What do we think the dog’s thinking?
2. At what height does a snapdragon officially become a landmark?

On my way to pick the very first tulips of the spring season.
Wash station at the ready!
Months of anticipation for this moment and it never gets old, the sound of the squeak as they release from the soil.
Just a small handful from this first pick…
Pop me a message if you’d like a bunch saved šŸ’›

Here’s to growth ✨

Same hat different versions of me…
I definitely have a hat theme going on 🤣

So my 40’s… were a chapter of growth, grit, and learning how strong i really
am.
Last night I walked, cried, laughed at myself, said goodbye to my 40’s and thank you to that decade for shaping me.

Today is my 50thšŸŽ‰ and I feel lighter, happier, and deeply grateful.

Here’s to growth, grit, laughter and becoming more ME šŸ˜† with every year.
Celebrating life, strength, and everything still to come šŸŽ‰šŸ„‚šŸŖ©

If this hat could talk 🤪
tell me I’m not the only one?

What a year...
Our ups and downs of 2025...
A Broken nose, Mosquito attacks, Uni degree finished, Daughter off to Oz, Provisional license earned & Big birthday celebrated, A very dry summer, Eaten crops, Four house sales later, Seven day weeks, blood, sweat and tears... but through it all, we've stayed strong, grateful, and resilient.
Thank you to family and friends for the pick me ups and those cuppas and bacon sarnies.
More blooms, more stories, more gratitude ahead, thank you for supporting what I love to create
Here's to a New Year, new adventures, and maybe a little less chaos in 2026 Oh, and plenty of holidays to compensate.
Thank you for being part of our journey

THIS NEARLY BROKE ME!!!
Dahlias: tucked in.
Me: absolutely not okay šŸ˜‚
Mulching, covering with 8 bales of straw and wrestling a 21m x 14m tarpaulin in wind, rain and full mud boot chaos.
Glad that chapter’s over… roll on spring!
Right I think I NEED some waterproof dungarees.. CLASSY 🤣

šŸ‘– Clueless. Where do I start choosing waterproof dungarees?
Have you tried any?
Please send suggestions?!?!?
