Business Development Manager – Food & Hospitality (Part Time)

💰 £100–£120 per day + Commission + Area Bonuses
We are a growing frozen dough manufacturer supplying pizza shops, pubs and food businesses across Yorkshire.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us expand structured delivery routes across two key territories.
This is a field-based role focused on opening new accounts and building repeat weekly volume.

The Role
• Visiting pizza shops, takeaways, pubs and food businesses
• Opening new wholesale accounts
• Building strong trading relationships
• Growing weekly case volume within agreed zones
• Supporting structured route development
You will have autonomy in how you approach the role, but performance will be measured on new trading accounts and sustainable weekly volume.

The Package
• £100–£120 per day (2 days per week, PAYE employed)
• £1.50 per case on first completed orders (minimum 10 cases)
• £100 bonus when a zone reaches 80+ weekly cases
• Additional £150 bonus when a zone reaches 120+ weekly cases
• Commission paid once invoices are cleared
Realistic Year 1 OTE (part time): £16,000–£22,000
Higher earnings possible as routes expand.

Who This Role Would Suit
• Experience in foodservice, hospitality or field sales preferred
• Confident face-to-face salesperson
• Comfortable with cold calling and territory building
• Self-motivated and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence required
