Hiring a marquee is about so much more than choosing a size.

When we first speak to couples, there are three things we always discuss:

Guest numbers – so we can recommend the right size marquee for your celebration.

Your venue – every location is different, and understanding the available space helps us create the best layout for your day.

Your preferred style – would you love the timeless elegance of a Celeste pole marquee, or does the clean, contemporary look of a framed marquee better suit your vision?

After supplying weddings across North Yorkshire for many years, we've found that getting these three decisions right from the outset makes the planning process much smoother and helps create a marquee that's perfectly suited to your wedding day.

One thing we've learned after years of building marquee weddings across North Yorkshire...

The weddings people remember aren't always the biggest.

They're the ones that feel personal.

Whether we're installing a marquee in a family garden, on a working farm or in the grounds of a country estate, every wedding has its own story.

🍷 One question we're often asked is... "Is our field too sloping for a marquee?"

The honest answer is... not necessarily.

One of our favourite weddings last year was on a farm just outside Northallerton. At first glance, the field looked too steep, but after walking the site with the couple we found the perfect location just a little further across the field.

Over the years we've developed a bit of a golden rule...

"If you can put a glass of wine on the table and it doesn't fall over, the ground is probably level enough!"

It usually gets a smile, but it also reminds couples that experience often sees possibilities where others only see problems.

If you're unsure whether your garden or field is suitable for a marquee, don't rule it out before having a conversation.
