Some news that genuinely means a lot to me!

AudioLevel is up for THREE awards at the inaugural Antrim & Newtownabbey Business Awards — and the Outstanding Retailer Award comes down to a public vote.

When I started this, it was just me, a love of music, and a belief that people deserved honest advice and someone who actually cared whether they walked away happy. Years on, the thing I'm proudest of isn't the gear on the shelves — it's the people. The first-time DJs who came in nervous and left buzzing. Those I've sat with for an hour helping them figure out what they actually needed. The ones who came back to tell me how it went.

This is the one I've been travelling with for location shoots — sample-heavy sets, self-contained performance, zero laptop dependency. Runs off portable power and fits in a small bag. If you're building a setup that travels, this belongs in it.

Delivery day hits different when this is what shows up 👀

We've got ALTO PA speakers and DJ controllers landing at — but the headline for me personally is the Magma Groove Terminal with the System One faceplate. It's going in-store on display, and I'll be pairing it with the controller and new portable power bank for on-location gigs. Completely self-contained, no venue power needed. This is the kind of setup that changes how you think about playing out.
