This customer had such a beautiful venue that she wanted to keep it simple when it came to the dressing of her seating plan. We made this eucalyptus arrangement to add a bit of interest but kept it small as requested. Table cards provided by the bride.

Hello and welcome to my page. I’m Roxanne, the creator of Aspect Event Hire.

I started this business with the objective to offer a number of key design pieces for hire to elevate your event and help you to achieve your overall event vision.

A bit about me ……. In 2023 I left my 17 year, fast paced career, in search of a different lifestyle. I love being around more for my family but I also wanted to emerge myself into something I felt passionate about.

I’m a creative person, with an eye for detail. I’ve been asked to put these skills to use at many events for friends and family in the past and I have loved doing so. My career required a high level of organisation and superb communication skills. So I pulled all of these skills together and decided to pour my heart and soul into a business I could feel proud of and I could enjoy. What could be more exciting than providing gorgeous pieces for hire and seeing them help to make your event spectacular.

The pieces I offer at Aspect Event Hire have been carefully selected and priced so that there is something for all budgets. You may want a special ‘Welcome Board’ at your venue, a statement ‘Wooden Arch Backdrop’ to say your vows in front of, or you might want to hire all the matching decor pieces for a complete package. Whatever your requirements, I’m always excited to discuss your vision and offer ways to help you achieve it.

** NEW PRODUCT ** our brand new freestanding displays are now available to hire. These versatile displays have many uses. We have a selection of signs to choose from. The donuts and crisps were a HUGE hit at yesterday’s wedding but the displays could be used to display a whole host of things (post with alternative ideas coming soon).

I had a request for a doughnut wall but I wanted to make something a bit more versatile. After lots of research and drawing up plans, I’m excited to get started with building the next item to add to my collection. I can’t wait to share it with you all.

Our free standing Photo Display board has had a glow up. We’ve kept the rustic charm whilst carefully sanding any rough areas and oiling to give a professional finish. Available to hire for £40 collection. Greenery, as shown, can be included free of charge.
