What a night! Thanks so much to all of my beautiful couples who voted and got my work in front of the Wedding Industry Awards judges. It wasn't my night tonight, no wedding videographer crown yet, but I still had an amazing evening rubbing shoulders with some of the best wedding suppliers in the South West. Honoured and humbled just to be in the room with all the other finalists, the talent at the is amazing.

It was so lovely catching up with some supplier friends and making new ones. Congratulations to everyone there, win or lose, it was a great excuse to get dolled up and celebrate us all. We all have the best jobs, in the most rewarding industry.

Now to wind down 2023, finish off my last few edits so that I can spend quality time with family and friends over Christmas, before starting 2024 with a bang. I'm excited for the New Year and looking forward to capturing many more wonderful weddings.

My uncle married an Italian, so of course they had a fresh cream limoncello cake. Decorated with candied lemons and mini home made limoncello bottles. I'm pretty sad to say that I had to leave before they cut the cake (because of a 2.5 hour drive home from Cardiff and a wedding the next day) so I didn't get to taste it, but by all accounts it was delicious!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My uncle did a thing. My uncle and his now wife Franca got married in Cowbridge, nr Cardiff and asked me to capture natural, candid and the inbetween moments.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Franca had a special request to get a shot of them walking the zebra crossing (like the Beatles on Abbey Road) during the short walk from the church to their reception venue. I think they nailed it.

This gorgeous pair had a small and intimate ceremony on the North Devon coast at the wonderful We had a mixed day with the weather, rain and mist spoiled play a little, but we during a break in the rain we managed a quick trip to Coombe Martin beach for some portrait shots.
