THANK YOU. ❤️🤠
Two days ago we welcomed over 3,000 people through the gates for the very first TCP Country Fest, and what an incredible day it was.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who bought a ticket, volunteered, sponsored, traded, performed and supported us. Seeing thousands of people come together to enjoy live music, line dancing, incredible food and support The Teignbridge Community Project was everything we dreamed it would be.
Over the last couple of days we've been reading every comment, message and review. Firstly, thank you. The love, encouragement and support has been overwhelming, and we're so grateful.
We also want to address the biggest piece of feedback we've received...
The bar queues.
We completely understand that this had a significant impact on many of your experiences, and we're genuinely sorry for that.
The Rugby Club bar team worked tirelessly in incredibly challenging conditions on an absolute scorcher of a day. Despite their best efforts, they were limited to operating the bars inside the marquee and clubhouse through restrictions out of their control, which unfortunately wasn't enough to meet the demand of over 3,000 thirsty festival-goers.
We are working closely with our friends at the Rugby Club, and we're pleased to say that plans are already being put in place to ensure TCP Country Fest 2027 has all of your bar needs covered, plus more outdoor water stations. We know how important this is, and together we'll be making it a priority.
This was our very first festival, and whilst we're incredibly proud of what we achieved, we're not afraid to say there are things we can improve. We're listening to every piece of constructive feedback and taking it all on board as we begin planning next year.
Now... who's ready for TCP Country Fest 2027 to be even bigger and better? 🤠❤️
