✨️PLEASE READ✨️

The Summer Break Festival is scheduled to take place this Saturday 12th September from 2pm - 11pm 🤩

The stage is booked, the 4 live bands are rehearsed, the D&B DJ is ready, the food trucks are locked in and the weather is looking good🌞

We are strictly an independent, advance ticket ONLY festival. Because we refuse to take cash on the day, our staging, safety infrastructure, and supplier overheads rely 100% on upfront online ticket sales.👀

Right now, pre-bookings are short of the mandatory safety baseline required to open the field gate. 😞

If friend groups, local gyms, and sports squads do not step up secure their entry today, the gateway will permanently close and the festival will be completely cancelled tonight.

If you want an adults-only night out away from the kids this Saturday, you cannot wait until the weekend. You need to lock it in right now:

Just a reminder that we are strictly ADVANCE TICKETS ONLY! There will be absolutely zero tickets available at the gate on the day. ❌

Our All Day Pass sales and rounders team entries strictly close on WEDNESDAY at 9pm, this gives us time to arrange team playing times! 🏃

Sport not your thing? Evening ONLY Passes are also available - with access to the live music from Stone Alley, Rendition - Southwest, Marmalade Jam - Plymouth Based Band , The Upper Hand and DnB DJ Patio Joe! 🎶 and gourmet burgers and loaded fries from Grumps Gourmet, loaded doughnuts from Jack and all your refreshment needs by TheBox AndBar 🍻

Good Morning everyone 🤗

Thank you for all of the support so far and welcome to our new followers! ✨️

NEXT WEEK will be our first event called 'The Summer Break, Sport and Music Festival' at the Primrose Meadow Glamping fields in Denbury on Saturday 12th September from 2pm until 11pm. This mini festival is strictly for adults-only, as an end of summer party after a long school holidays! 🍻

The afternoon is aimed at everyone and anyone who are looking to have a fun team building experience or a nostalgic outing with friends in an old school rounders tournament!
The evening is for those looking to wind down or have a classic, mini festival feel night out with mates! 🏃

Joining us will be Grumps Gourmet with gourmet burgers and loaded fries, Jack with sweet treats including loaded doughnuts and TheBox AndBar with all of your refreshment needs, including soft and alcoholic drinks. All available from the word go to the last drop in from the evenings drum and bass DJ. 🍔

Gracing the stage from 4:30pm will be country band Stone Alley. Followed by classic pub and rock cover band Rendition - Southwest Southwest. Funky band Marmalade Jam - Plymouth Based Band will be jamming as the sun sets. And the final full band to be doing their thing on stage will be The Upper Hand with a mix of indie-rock classics and originals. We cannot wait for all of our bands to perform! Annnd... we haven't just got bands lined up, we also have drum and bass/house DJ Patio Joe - who will be making an appearance throughout the night to keep the vibes going, with an awesome drum and bass set to close the night! 🎶

As mentioned, Vibrant Events support a different charity for each event. The chosen charity this time will be Sport in Mind! They help adults and children who struggle with mental health issues through sport - such an amazing charity and we would love to donate as much as we can (donations are included in the ticket prices and you may donate more if you wish).🧡

Tickets are limited and available online NOW, with choices of a single All Day Pass or an Evening Only Pass and in bundles of 6 and 10 to save some pennies. (At the minute there is no option to purchase tickets at the gate, so you will have to buy them in advance online or by sending a message for a payment link)👀

I am also currently looking for 4 volunteers to help with scanning tickets on the gate and umpiring the rounders matches (from 1:30pm-4:30pm) - in return, you will receive a FREE All Day/Evening Pass (with chance to play in a rounders game). Please message today or comment below "volunteer".🤗

We are looking for 4 energetic volunteers for 3 hours on Saturday 12th September (from 1:30PM to 4:30PM) for The Summer Break Sport and Music Festival in Denbury.

Your job will be scanning digital tickets on our free mobile app, handing out wristbands alongside a professional security team and umpiring 1 rounders game.

In exchange for your help, you get a 100% free All-Day Pass to the festival, full evening access to our live bands, and the Drum & Bass night party! 🎸
