Following the summer Barbecue to raise money for Andy‘s man club I have finally totalled up the amount taken which was £98.54p as the amount is lower than I hoped it would be I have decided not to deduct purchase price for the food therefore the amount mentioned will be sent to the charity.

Yesterday afternoon I started to collect apples from some of our trees, the plum tree which was planted approximately 12 months ago is heavily producing for the first time. Also as you can see from the photos tomatoes are enormous and the pumpkins are doing extremely well. I had the usual help from Kanga indie monster. Also the separation wire between two areas of Christmas Trees is now being taken down as the trees are growing quite quickly and space is required.

Following demand for our services, I have taken on two additional team members who have worked very hard at the farm due to the maintenance of the area been extremely high. The last few days they have concentrated on clearing our largest Christmas tree plantation which contains approximately 900 small trees. Photos below show the outstanding results.

Earlier today, I attended our other site outside of Devon. I had not visited the site for at least eight weeks. Today’s maintenance was to cut the grass on the bank next to the lane, also the grass inside the perimeter hedge along with trimming the hedge itself.
