QUB LAWSOC Summer Ball 2026: Cocktails by the shore — and the Stuart Suite of the Culloden Hotel delivered every inch of it.

A towering flower backdrop draped in duck-egg silk, a hot pink palm silhouette rising through a cascade of oversized blooms — orange poppies, white dahlias, blush peonies, lavender anemones, golden sunflowers — all tumbling at different heights like something between a tropical garden and a fever dream. Flanked by real palms, grounded in deep forest green silk pooling at the floor.

And at the entrance, a balloon easel in cobalt, fuchsia, lime and amber, climbing beside the welcome sign that confirmed what everyone already suspected — QUB Law Society Summer Ball 2026 was going to be a night to remember.

The brief was cocktails by the shore. We don’t think anyone was disappointed.

Some setups just stop you in your tracks ✨

A sun-drenched stretch tent at the iconic Hilden Brewery, dressed in the warmest tones of caramel, cream and chocolate — every detail telling a story before the little one has even arrived 🧸

A chocolate brown sequin backdrop catching the light, a sculptural balloon garland wrapping the space in texture and warmth, a teddy on a swing above the florals, and three bears waiting at the welcome sign to greet every guest. This is what it looks like when a baby shower becomes a moment 🤎

We absolutely loved bringing this one to life.

Every detail whispers something special 🤍

A Confirmation installation that felt as soft and considered as the occasion itself. A stunning pampas wall — layer upon layer of artificial stems and botanical texture building something that feels effortlessly lush — framed by a sweeping double balloon arch that wraps the whole scene. The glowing marquee cross holds its own at the centre without saying a word.

This one was a dream to create.
