Massive congratulations to Tom! 👏👏 Was a pleasure working with someone so dedicated! Here’s a pic from last year compared to now, what a change! Over time we’ve done a mix of nutrition check-ins and some PT sessions, but like always with a transformation like this, it’s the consistent effort day in, day out that makes the difference.
