Just a quick appreciation post to all my PT clients I used to coach week in week out. What an era of my life that was! Looking back at it I feel very lucky to of met and had the pleasure of coaching so many incredible people ☝️ Toby sent me an update recently of his continued transformation and it kick-started my nostalgia for my old life coaching ✊
It's so good to see that his work has continued even well after our sessions finished 👏 well done sir 🫡
I always say... It doesn't matter how hard your training right now in life, the only thing that matters is that you don't stop! This is about longevity!
No stop start mentality, do a little every week 😊
