I got off to a bit of a rough start this year as I wasn’t feeling well, so I’ve been taking some time to get back on track.
There are so many colds going around — I hope everyone is staying healthy!

I made financiers from raw rice.

No wheat flour.
Just raw rice, blended in a mixer,
turned into a moist, rich
Earl Grey financier ☕️

Rice isn’t just for meals.
And it’s not only for bread.

It works beautifully as a treat, too！
