Ah I've been soooooo quiet on here. I'm so sorry all!!!

So while I've been "away" a lot has happened. I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, this is basically Iver active nerve endings but, I have so much more than just all over pain, it is a battle at times to even get out of bed, let alone do normal everyday things on top.

I've moved, twice!

And I'm going to be married on Saturday!!!

So much going on I've not done much photographing.

However, I have done a christening and today, I've done a wedding.

Photos will be put up with permission of course.

I'm also booked for another wedding in March 😁

I am aiming to get back at wedding photography more often, but, due to having a chronic condition, I'm needing to learn what I can and can't do.

Sorry I've been stupidly quiet but, since covid, life has been stupidly hectic!!! 🙈

Just had a FAB day out at the new Mr & Mrs Morris' wedding! Many congratulations to the couple ### Thank you so much for allowing me to photograph your wedding! It was amazing.

I've been quiet on here but fear not, I've not forgotten this page, I've just been busy.

Last week I had the challenge to do some pet photography for some puppies that are going up for sale.
I had an amazing time, full of laughter and also putting old skills to the test with this naughty, but adorable puppies!

On 13th September I had the honour of being the official photographer for Amy Rebecca Shea and Jay Shea on their wedding day. The day was perfect in so many ways and I'm so pleased that they love their photos.

About a year ago I was approached by one of the members of The Ghost Room Theatre Company to photograph her wedding. Amy was looking for someone who needed experience but already did good work to begin with and someone she could form a trust with. I was honoured to be asked and had done a bit of research in the year leading up to it. I had already done a christening at this point so I knew what to expect to a degree but, personally I had never been to a wedding nor had I photographed one.

Yesterday, that day arrived and all I can do is say thank you to Amy for the amazing opportunity she gave me. It's boosted my confidence up as a photographer and also given me vital experience. The day was amazing too and the whole family were lovely and so welcoming as well as her bridesmaids.

I would also like to thank members of ghost rooms too for having me as their photographer. Without them encouraging me and keeping me calm in my time of pure panic I wouldn't have been able to have for through the day x

Some shots taken at TGRTC's rehearsals on Tuesday.

It's so good to be back finally. They've been rehearsing for a few weeks however I haven't been able to get to their rehearsals. Tuesday I managed to and it was so great to be back.

Yesterday I did my very first event officially as JVP!

I was invited to attend the Christening of Alexander-James as the official photographer.

Yes I was super nervous, but the day went amazing! Even the Vicar was kind enough to give me some encouraging words.

Only with the mum's permission will I put a couple of examples on here, otherwise, if you'd like to see my work, I'll have to show you my portfolio.

The next work I'll be soon for mum Charlotte, will be for Alex's 1st birthday. I'm super excited for that already!
